Our Story
We have pilots, engineers, coaches, psychologists and officers who have all led at the top of the military. We have worked in combat and operations and managed crisis and chaos.

However, we have learned as much from sport and wider life as we have in the military. Even the name Aces Pegasus reflects the combination of lessons from being a Fighter Pilot and an Equestrian that our MD, Rob Caine has learnt working across the world with some outstanding instructors and teachers. We are passionate about psychology, coaching and performance. We want to add value and help you solve your problems and improve your performance.
